Lacus Pelso: the Latin name of lake Balaton. The location of carefree, sunny summers, the “Hungarian sea”, which has become a unique meaning by today. The performance spanning eras remembers the legendary Balaton summers from the perspective of those who rest on Lake Balaton through artistic and pop-cultural references. Nostalgia, hope, reckoning – the production shows a multitude of successful (and unsuccessful) changes that speak not only of the unique Hungarian feeling of the time but also of our current reality.
