HOW CAN WE MAKE USE OF OUR FREE OF CHARGE TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY IF OUR SCHOOL GROUPS WISH TO TRAVEL WITH THE TRAINS OF GYSEV INC?

Register your school group in the appointment system created especially for groups on the website almokalmodoi.hu.
We suggest you make an appointment at least a week before your planned travel/visit and start making arrangements for your visit.
Following the registration, our colleagues will send you the document ‘Acceptance Declaration for Groups’ for the Álmok Álmodói 20 exhibition.
Register the group through GYSEV Inc’s website by selecting “Group travel request”. Under “Type of group”, select the group Álmok Álmodói 20 (Dreamers of Dreams 20) and upload the received Acceptance Declaration.
Your request will be handled by the competent staff of GYSEV Inc., who will help you organise your group travel.
You need to take the group identification number received from GYSEV to the appointed ticket office to receive the free-of-charge group train ticket. Upon receiving the ticket, please present your Acceptance Declaration from the Dreamers of Dreams 20 exhibition. This ticket is only valid during your train travel if you can also present your Acceptance Declaration with it.
Don’t forget to have your free-of-charge group train ticket stamped at the Information Desk of the Álmok Álmodói 20 exhibition.
The train ticket is otherwise not valid without this stamp (validation) as a return ticket.
